Forum will be held on June 12-13, 2009 in St.Petersburg, Russia (congress-hall of hotel "Pulkovskaya").

Abstract submission
Deadline for submission is February 1st, 2009.
Abstracts are invited from all participants for oral and poster presentation. All abstracts should be submitted in English and sent electronically via e-mail. Please follow the instructions listed below. On receiving materials the confirmation letter will be sent in all cases. In case of not getting the confirmation be sure to connect the organization committee of the Forum.

Format of abstracts
Abstracts should be e-mailed to the Organization Committee of the Forum (secretary of the committee -
Ilya Sleptsov, thyroidcancer@yandex.ru).
Abstracts should be presented as a Word file of any version, typed in Times New Roman, 12pt with margins 2 sm all the sides round.
Maximum abstract volume is 2 pages. The heading should contain: the title of the work, initials and surnames of all authors (the name of a reporting speaker should be put first), the full name of an institution and a place of its location.
Illustrations and tables are not admitted in abstract. There are no restrictions on the amount of materials presented by the same participant of the forum.
The organization committee of the Forum selects reports for oral and poster sections. Authors will be informed about the results of this selection not later than March 1st, 2009.

Assess to the forum venue
All the members of the forum will be given inscribed badges, which they are required to wear all the time throughout the forum period.
Members without badges will not be admitted to the conference-hall.

Oral Presentation
For visualizing illustrative materials a multimedia projector is provided. Participants are welcome to use videofragments or detailed illustrations of the used techniques.
All illustrative materials should be brought by a participant to the technical maintenance service in the morning not later than 15 minutes before the beginning of a session. Throughout presentation it is advisable to use only standard fonts.
It's obligatory for a participant to check visual aids before the beginning of a scientific session.
All the members are asked to strictly keep withing the time-limit of the forum. In all the cases a speaker is asked questions immediately after presentation.

Poster Displays
Poster boards are 90 cm width by 150 cm height.

Participation regulations
To participate in the forum you should fill in a member's registration card till February 1, 2009 and e-mail it to the address of the Organization Committee alongside with a file of abstract.
Forum registration fee is 150 Euro. On receiving a registration form a confirmation letter is sent back in all the cases. In case of absence of the confirmation it is necessary to contact the secretary of the organization committee to find out the cause of failure of delivering materials.
